"We arrived in the afternoon and had been in contact with the staff via WhatsApp beforehand. Although we arrived on time at noon as communicated earlier, the staff wasn’t responsive right away. We kindly waited outside for about 10 minutes — not a big deal, but worth mentioning. On the positive side, they were very kind and allowed us to drop off our luggage before the official 4 PM check-in time – big thumbs up for that! The apartment is huge and has everything we needed. The interior decor has a distinct Asian/Chinese style, which may not be to everyone’s taste, but we personally liked it. The furniture and beds were great – not overly soft, but very comfortable."

"The internet was a bit of a downside. It’s a basic ADSL setup with speeds around 5 Mbps – fine for browsing, but not enough for HD streaming. Another small issue was the shower head, which kept popping off due to strong water pressure. It might be worth fixing that for future guests. The apartment itself was spotless. The neighborhood is convenient, with access to shops and transportation, though it can feel a bit dirty and should be navigated with some caution at night. But honestly – for what we paid, it’s good value and we have no complaints."
